Together with Adv. Orna Bardichev-Lev, Adv. Navon facilitates constructive community processes. They are recognized for their mediation work with different communities across Israel. Since 2017, they have collaborated with the Center for Jewish and Democratic Law, Faculty of Law, Bar-Ilan University, with the goal of promoting roundtable discussions among Israelis on issues of Judaism and democracy.
Navon graduated from Tel Aviv University with a bachelor’s degree in social studies, Magna Cum Laude. She later earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the IsraelBar Association since 1996. She has been an active mediator since 2001 and has trained others in basic mediation and mediation practicum. Member of the mediator panel of the courts for regular referrals.
